Shipping Policy

In store pick-up is available at 131 Water Street, Exeter NH. All orders are typically ready the same day. Store hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm / Sunday 11am-5pm.

If your order is being shipped, Lunachics ships via USPS, FedX and UPS.  Orders placed  by 2pm EST (Monday through Thursday) will ship that day or the next morning.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday).

Lunachics shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.95. If you need your order expedited, shipping costs will be quoted via email to you before your order is processed. If any or all of your order is returned, we are not responsible for your shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.

We ship only to the United States. Lunachics is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or by delays due to the carrier.  All orders will have a tracking number.
